When you purchase a listing subscription for the first time ( See Pricing and Yard Sign Information ), we then add your information to a database list which we maintain. Upon the time you list, we collect pertinent information about you and your property.
Example; Brief Description, Property Type, number of Bedrooms and Baths, Parking, Accessibility Options, Rent Amount, Security Deposit, Lease Term, Your Contact Info, Etc...
Your time is as valuable as is ours, and you do not want to waste it on unqualified inquiries. You will also have the availability of adding your phone number to the sign. This gives your property two opportunities for contact directly to you.
Because of the housing conditions today, we are increasingly receiving inquiries for available rental properties in the area., why not include yours!
